How long does verification take?

Our team manually verifies all new accounts within 24 hours of sign-up. You’ll be able to browse venues right away, but booking is available once your account is verified.

What if I’m marked as a no-show?

If you believe you were incorrectly flagged, contact us at support@thesocialgame.com.au with your booking details and explanation. We’ll review it and update your record if appropriate.

How does the spend cap work?

Each venue sets a spend cap — this is the maximum amount the venue will cover for your meal. You order what you like up to that amount. If you go over, you’re responsible for the difference.

When do I need to submit proof?

You have 7 days after your visit to submit proof of your content (links to your posts, stories, or reviews). You can submit proof from the “My Bookings” page.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel from the “My Bookings” page. We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit so the venue can open the slot for someone else.

How do paid collaborations (pitches) work?

You can pitch a paid collaboration to any venue that has macro collabs open. Propose your rate, deliverables, and date — the venue will accept, decline, or counter your offer.

I’m a venue — how do I get started?

Sign up as a venue, set your spend cap, content brief, and availability. Influencers will start booking visits. You can also open macro collabs to receive paid pitch proposals.
