1. Platform Use

Influencer Army is a marketplace platform operated by The Social Game (TSG) that connects food influencers with hospitality venues in Melbourne. By creating an account you agree to use the platform in good faith, provide accurate information, and not misrepresent your follower count, engagement rate, or identity. TSG reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

2. Booking Agreement

When an influencer books a visit to a venue, both parties agree to honour the booking. Influencers agree to attend at the scheduled date and time, behave professionally, and follow any specific venue guidelines. Venues agree to provide the agreed spend cap value in food and/or beverages. Bookings are between the influencer and the venue — TSG facilitates but is not a party to the arrangement.

3. Content Requirements

Influencers must submit proof of content within 7 days of their visit. Content must be original, accurately represent the venue, and meet the content brief specified by the venue (e.g. Instagram Reel, TikTok, Google Review). Content that is misleading, offensive, or does not meet the agreed brief may be rejected and a revision requested. Repeated failure to submit proof may result in account suspension.

4. No-Show Policy

If an influencer fails to attend a confirmed booking without prior notice, the venue may flag them as a no-show. Repeated no-shows will result in a reduced platform rating and may lead to account suspension. We encourage influencers to cancel at least 24 hours in advance if they cannot attend.

5. Payment Terms (Paid Collabs)

For paid collaborations (macro collabs), payment terms are agreed directly between the influencer and venue via the pitch system. TSG does not process payments or take commission on paid collaborations. Both parties are responsible for fulfilling their agreed obligations. Disputes should be raised with TSG support for mediation.

6. Account Suspension

TSG may suspend or terminate accounts for: repeated no-shows, failure to submit content proof, misrepresentation of follower counts or engagement, abusive behaviour toward venue staff or other users, or any other violation of these terms. Suspended users will be notified by email and may appeal by contacting TSG support.

7. Privacy

We collect and store your name, email, Instagram handle, and booking history to operate the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Venue owners can see influencer profiles (name, handle, follower count, rating) when reviewing bookings. By using the platform, you consent to this data being shared as necessary for bookings to function. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting TSG support.

8. Limitation of Liability

Influencer Army and The Social Game provide the platform on an “as is” basis. We are not responsible for: the quality of food or service at venues, the quality of content produced by influencers, any disputes between influencers and venues, or any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to use the platform (which is currently zero for both parties).
